Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization by analyzing, tracking, and reporting revenue-related activities. This position works closely with other accounting leads, finance, and external partners to ensure accurate revenue and expenses across divisions.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Pull monthly reports to assist with calculating revenue while validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare and maintain revenue reports and reconciliations.

• Assist in the monthly close process, including revenue recognition, journal entries, and variance analysis. Collaborate with finance, accounting teams, and operational departments to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing more efficient workflows and [link removed] and identify accuracy of actual to monthly accrual for expenses and discounts for specialty programs across multiple [link removed] and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and healthcare-related billing platforms.

• Work with the Wholesale division to manage customer lists to support reconciliation of monthly and quarterly expenses and discounts.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)

• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
