Role Overview

The Coordinator, Marketing Operations is responsible for streamlining and managing the operational workflow of campaign programming and deliverables across location-based entertainment experiences. This role focuses on tracking, prioritizing, and submitting proposals and briefs, distributing creative asset requests, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

What You Will Do

Manage asset requests and promotional initiatives, prioritize and distribute briefs and approval requests, track progress on open requests and projects, maintain organization of assets and collateral, and manage the full IP/licensor approval process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, creative and/or marketing operations, or a related role within the entertainment, design, or marketing industry

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay feedback and project updates clearly and efficiently
  • Team player with experience working across multiple teams (creative, production, marketing, etc.)
  • Proactive and a self-starter with good time management and prioritization instincts
  • Proficiency with asset management and collaboration tools such as [link removed], Asana, or similar platforms
  • Prior experience working with IP licensors or managing approval workflows is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace platforms including Slides, Docs, and Sheets

Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000- $75,000
