Freelancer - PLM Engineer (PTC Windchill)

We are seeking a PTC Windchill Engineer with automotive experience to support and improve our PLM environment across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.

YOUR MISSION:

• Administer and configure PTC Windchill (workflows, lifecycles, access control, product structure).
• Support automotive processes: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, ECR/ECN, DVP&R, traceability.
• Manage EBOM/MBOM structures and configuration management for vehicle programs.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in PLM processes and digital engineering workflows.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Windchill administration/customization
• Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 26262, change management, and engineering data flows.
• Experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1).
• Good analytical & synthesis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit and independent working capability
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a strong plus.
