[link removed] is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions, using an AI First approach. This role will operate in a full cycle capacity, which encompasses, sourcing, screening, advising business partners, and helping to improve processes while maintaining a best in class candidate experience to help us build teams that enable [link removed]’s mission at global scale. The TA Partner will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and be based in the Golden, CO area.

The TA Partner’s mission is to attract, select, and secure top talent aligned with [link removed]’s values and business goals. This includes embedding AI and automation as a leading force in your process, driving execution across all stages of recruitment, and ensuring an inclusive, high-trust experience for candidates and hiring managers. Ultimately, this role ensures we bring in exceptional people who can execute our strategy, innovate boldly, and accelerate the organization’s long-term success. The ideal candidate will have experience working and recruiting within the space industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle on assigned roles from role scoping through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring capability, align on expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline while continuously improving quality-of-hire and reducing time-to-hire
  • Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and optimize recruiting processes
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders across Space, Weather, Go-to-Market and G&A teams by anticipating talent needs and proactively shaping hiring plans
  • In partnership with the TA Manager, refine recruiting processes and practices to scale with the business and support long-term growth

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of Recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across various functions (Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process (Sourcing, scheduling, analysis, etc.)
  • Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry
  • Skilled in competency and behavioral based interviewing
  • Leverages data to anticipate and solve problems throughout the hiring process
  • Proficient in optimizing ATS’s (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Bonus Experience:
    • Global hiring experience (e.g. Europe & Asia)
