Job description

Role Title: Volunteer – Google Ad Grants
Location: Berlin

About Us:
For Everyone is a Berlin-based nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where people can connect, heal, and grow. We run workshops, community programs, and events that support creativity, wellbeing, and social belonging.

About the Role:

We’ve been accepted into the Google Ad Grants program, which gives us up to $10,000/month (around €9,000) in free Google Search ads. This is an incredible opportunity — but we haven’t had anyone to set it up or manage it yet.

We’re now looking for a dedicated volunteer to take the lead on launching and managing this project long-term. This isn’t just a setup task — it's about building a communication tool that supports our wider mission and visibility in [link removed] work will help us reach more people, increase awareness, and drive support for our mission.

Responsibilities:

In order to apply for the volunteering positionit is mandatory to have participated in one workshop.

Set up or audit our Google Ad Grants account and ensure full compliance

  • Keep the team informed with short, useful updates

This role gives you a lot of autonomy — but you’ll be part of a supportive team, and we’re happy to collaborate and build together.

Who You Are:

  • Familiar with (or eager to learn) Google Ads

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Can work independently and manage your own process

  • Are fluent in English (German is a bonus but not required)

  • Want to use your skills to build something from the ground up and help a nonprofit grow

  • Time Commitment

    • At least 8 hours per week

    • This is a long-term project and we’re looking for someone who can commit for a minimum of 6 months

    • Work is fully remote and flexible

What You Get:

  • Hands-on experience managing real Google Ads campaigns

  • The chance to build your digital marketing portfolio and strengthen your resume

  • The satisfaction of using your skills for social good and seeing measurable impact

  • Flexible, remote work you can fit around your schedule

  • A reference or recommendation letter upon successful completion of your volunteer term

  • Be part of a mission-driven, creative team.

  • After 6 months, you’re eligible for the Berlin Volunteer Card

  • After 1 year (EU citizens), you may qualify for a funded learning trip or exchange
