They provide end-to-end recruitment solutions, placing leaders such as Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Marketing Officers, as well as key individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate you will be tasked with conducting in-depth market and competitive landscape analysis, coupled with talent mapping, to identify and engage top-tier candidates. You will oversee search projects from initiation to completion, managing client relationships, evaluating candidates, and guiding the recruitment process through to negotiation and close.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Talent Strategy- Conduct advanced market research to identify and curate bespoke talent pools tailored to client requirements.
- Leverage market intelligence tools such as PitchBook, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and industry-specific platforms to gather actionable, strategic data.
- Design and implement customized search strategies that align with client objectives and evolving industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance search methodologies, driving operational excellence and delivering superior outcomes.
Candidate Screening and Presentation- Craft compelling, data-driven outreach messages that resonate with top-tier talent and align with client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and experience, ensuring alignment with the defined scorecard criteria.
- Ensure a seamless transition from shortlisting to client presentations, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Client Management- Lead weekly client meetings to deliver detailed progress updates, incorporate feedback, and refine search strategies to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders by serving as a strategic advisor throughout the search process.
- Provide candidates with clear guidance and support at every stage of the process, fostering strong relationships and maintaining high levels of candidate intimacy.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and transparency.
Process Leadership- Oversee the entire search process, including market mapping, candidate engagement, client communication, and offer negotiation.
- Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, managing expectations and supporting successful outcomes.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
Relationship Building- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Expand trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with advanced degrees preferred.
- 3-7+ years of experience in executive/professional search or a client-facing consulting role, demonstrating success in managing complex projects.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations, exemplifying high emotional intelligence, accountability, self-awareness, focused curiosity, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in relationship building, creative writing, and data-driven storytelling.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results on time.
- Technologically proficient, with expertise in CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, and market research tools.
- Proficient in creative writing and crafting compelling, data-driven narratives.
Benefits
- Salary: $4,000-$5,000 USD/month (willing to go for up to $7K depending on experience) + commissions
