As a Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of our Product Platform — the shared foundation that every CaptivateIQ application is built on.

What You Will Do

Own the Product Platform strategy and roadmap. Define how CaptivateIQ’s shared layers — data, workflows, reporting, identity, state, and the AI/agent platform — evolve to make every product faster to build and every model more connected.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading product managers
• Deep experience with platform or infrastructure products
• Demonstrated ability to build reusable primitives and abstractions
• Strong API-first instincts
• Fluency with and genuine curiosity about the AI/agent stack
• Strong cross-functional instincts
