Program Manager, Operations

Role Overview

As the Program Manager, Operations, you will drive cross-functional project execution across the Operations organization, ensuring alignment, visibility, and on-time delivery of key initiatives. This role operates horizontally across One Pass internal teams and external partners to coordinate work, manage dependencies, and keep priorities moving forward.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end project management for operational initiatives, coordinate across teams, develop project plans, and drive accountability to ensure work progresses as expected and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related role
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track performance
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Experience working with both business and technical teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills
