  • Location:Remote
  • Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)
  • Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available
  • Availability: 15-25 hrs a week
  • Start Date: August 2026
This is a remote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 schoolsettings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structuredonboarding, and dedicated internal support.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and implement interventions
  • Develop goals and track student progress
  • Complete documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
  • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
Scheduling
  • Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Scheduling is aligned with student availability
  • Structured caseloads and scheduling support

Requirements

Requirements
  • Active Ohio license
  • Department of Education (DOE) licensure
  • Active Ohio BCI Background Check
  • Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation
systems
  • Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
