Engineering Manager - Mobile

Role Overview

Liva is seeking an Engineering Manager for Mobile to lead the team that builds the Liva app used by coaches and participants every day. This is a hands-on leadership position that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and delivery.

What You Will Do

Manage the team, own delivery, and operational urgency. Model a different way of thinking about the work: from output to outcome, from feature factory to product team.

Requirements

• Technically credible
• Think in outcomes, not outputs

• Managed an engineering team before
• Give direct feedback and receive it well
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones with a distributed team
• Led a mobile engineering team: iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, or similar
