Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance and collaboration opportunities for artists in Korea.

• Liaise with labels, promoters, and media partners to maximize exposure and revenue.

• Handle artist schedules, touring logistics, and local coordination.

• Monitor Korean market dynamics and identify strategic opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with cross-border teams on campaign execution and artist promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in entertainment or live event management.

• Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).

• Strong industry network and understanding of K-pop and entertainment ecosystem.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
