Associate Product Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Product Specialist to support sales activities in the New York Metro area, including conducting clinical presentations, patient demonstrations, and trainings in clinics. The role will involve educating physicians, clinicians, and patients about Koya Medical's Dayspring devices and performing core responsibilities such as sales presentations, product demonstrations, and patient training.

What You Will Do

As an Associate Product Specialist, you will work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Dayspring System and other products and services offered by Koya Medical. You will perform sales presentations, product demonstrations, review required documentation, and coordinate patient demonstrations and training.

The ideal candidate will have strong working proficiency of healthcare coverage and reimbursement processes, as well as experience selling in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other government-affiliated healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health or science major or health-related certification
• 2-5 years of experience in home medical/durable medical equipment sales
• Strong working proficiency of healthcare coverage and reimbursement processes
• Experience selling in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other government-affiliated healthcare systems
