Full Stack .NET Developer (HMS)

Location: Remote / WFH
Employment Type: Permanent with Client

Key Responsibilities (6)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Hospital Management System (HMS) modules using [link removed] Core / .NET 6+.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs for integration with healthcare and third-party systems (LIS, PACS, Insurance, etc.).
  • Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React for hospital users.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA/PDPA).
  • Collaborate in architecture design, code reviews, CI/CD deployments, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements (6)

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack .NET development ([link removed] Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework).
  • Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex queries.
  • Proven experience in API development and system integration, preferably in healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or on-prem deployments (Azure, IIS, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
