This is a remote position.

Aspire is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications that power mission-critical business workflows and user experiences.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern, data-driven interfaces while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

  • Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools.

  • Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established architectural patterns and engineering best practices.

  • Ensure excellent application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React, or senior-level experience with [link removed] or Angular.
  • Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy.
