We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control across enterprise environments.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across systems.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
- SailPoint Certified Engineer.
- Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping).
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
