Role Overview
Join our team as an F-16 Instructor Pilot to support the PACAF Simulator Instructor contract at Misawa AB, Japan. You will be responsible for instructing simulator training, developing scenarios, and maintaining daily utilization logs.
What You Will Do
Instruct simulator RAP, DMO, LSB and Distributed Live Control tactical and basic mission events, develop and manage realistic scenarios, and maintain daily utilization logs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have prior aircraft operating experience, ability to establish and maintain creditability, and meet minimum AFI 11-2E-3 specific requirements.
Requirements
- Prior aircraft operating experience
- Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time
- 500 hours in F-16 series aircraft or 200 instructor hours in any fighter (K Prefix)
- Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent
- Secret/SAP Clearance (Top Secret/SAP is highly desired)
