Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and expand the company's market presence across Poland. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape long-term market strategy.

What You Will Do

Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners. Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience working with European clients and partners
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a market
• Comfortable communicating with US-based stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Based in Poland
