Scrum Master

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery on a key client engagement. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality, predictable outcomes.

What You Will Do

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, support the team in delivering against sprint goals, identify and remove blockers, maintain visibility of delivery progress, and coach the team on agile practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software delivery environments
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, cloud, data)
• Demonstrable ability to improve team delivery, predictability, and flow
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
