Role Overview

We're hiring a hands-on Security Systems Analyst to support a globally recognised brand, playing a key role in improving how physical security incidents are triaged, diagnosed, and resolved. This is a technical, ownership-driven position where you'll take end-to-end responsibility for incidents.

What You Will Do

Own incidents end-to-end, triage and diagnose faults across physical security systems, infrastructure, and hardware, perform remote troubleshooting, resolve issues in-house, and maintain accurate ticketing and system data quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale physical security systems
  • Excellent technical capability in Lenel OnGuard (essential) and Milestone or similar VMS platforms
  • Experience in incident management, ticket triage, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and take full ownership through to resolution
  • Detail-oriented with robust organisational and documentation skills
