We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Korean speaking Account Manager for their offices in Malta.

Position: Account Manager

Location: Onsite, Employee Contract in Gibraltar, Malta, Serbia, Latvia, Dubai(FTE)

Remote, Service Agreement in Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Czechia , Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece.

OR possibility relocation within Dubai

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations, launches, or implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions that address client needs.
  • Share and communicate relevant updates, offers, or promotions with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.
  • Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights to clients and management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to advise clients proactively.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • fluent in Korean, both oral and written. Fluent in English.
  • Essential to have 1-2 years of experience in Account Management within iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and professional work approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
