Data Entry

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a proactive and upbeat Data Entry Specialist to join their growing team. As a trusted player in the legal industry, they have made significant strides in the last few years, continually adapting and expanding their operations. This role requires someone with attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage data with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's systems and databases.
• Review and verify data for errors and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate entry of information.
• Follow up on data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
• Perform regular data backups and system updates as needed.
• Assist with reporting and document management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role or a related administrative position.
• Experience with data entry software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
