Salesforce E&U Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior professional with a hybrid profile of Salesforce E&U Solutions Architect for a strategic project in the Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce E&U Cloud architectures in Utilities and deep knowledge of the Brazilian regulated market.

What You Will Do

Design complete commercial processes (lead-to-cash, switching, dunning) and interact with C-level clients and SAP architects. The candidate will also have experience with Salesforce Shield, Certisign / digital signature ICP-Brasil, and native AWS S3 plugin.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of integration architectures, SAP IS-U integration standards, and domain expertise in Salesforce Industries E&U Cloud. Portuguese-BR is a requirement, and English or Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce E&U Cloud architectures in Utilities
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian regulated market
• Business Processes: Experience in B2B (High Voltage, SMEs) and B2C (Residential) processes
• Domain expertise in Salesforce Industries E&U Cloud, including EPC, Industries CPQ/CLM, and OmniStudio
• Solid knowledge of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, OData, Platform Events, microservices)
• SAP IS-U integration standards (BUT000, EVER, EEINV, BUT0BK)
• Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring)
• Certisign / digital signature ICP-Brasil
• Native AWS S3 plugin
• Portuguese-BR: Native
• Desirable: Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Industry Cloud (E&U) certifications
