Semi-Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst to ensure the correct management of accounts, income and expense control, as well as the optimization of accounting and financial processes within the company.

What You Will Do

Prepare and present financial statements, register and analyze financial transactions, supervise accounting records and financial documentation, and evaluate and implement internal control policies and processes.

This role requires a Public Accountant or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial statement reports, consolidation and preparation of EEFF. Strong knowledge of NIIF, NIC and Colombian tax/fiscal regulations is also required.

Requirements

• Public Accountant or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management desirable
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial statement reports, consolidation and preparation of EEFF
• Strong knowledge of NIIF, NIC and Colombian tax/fiscal regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in using ERP systems and relevant financial tools
• Intermediate English (reading documentation and regulations)
• Analytical skills, results-oriented and effective communication
• Proactive, responsible and committed to achieving goals
