Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based backend services and REST APIs
Design and support microservice-based solutions
Work with Spring Boot, JPA/Spring Data and CI/CD pipelines
Support OpenShift environments and Helm deployments
Participate in troubleshooting, releases and system improvements
Collaborate with distributed Agile/Scrum teams using Jira and Confluence

Requirements

Fluent spoken German required for daily communication
5+ years of commercial Java development experience

2+ years of Spring Boot experience

2+ years of OpenShift and Helm experience
Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA or Spring Data
Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge
Good Linux administration and terminal skills
Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
Understanding of TypeScript and React integration

Agile/Scrum experience

Additional Information

Primarily a backend-focused Java role

Occasional DevOps and infrastructure-related responsibilities

Remote position within the EU
