Concept, design, and implementation of web applications, interfaces, database, and real-time applications with agents as a fixed part of the development workflow. Optimization and continuous development of e-commerce software. Maximize the impact of AI: agent orchestration, custom workflows, automated pipelines.

Concept, design, and implementation of web applications, interfaces, database, and real-time applications. Building and maintaining own tooling that scales productivity. Parallelization of development work across multiple agents/tasks, as well as structured troubleshooting of agent results.

Requirements

  • Relevant achievements in previous development work
  • Routine with agent tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and own tooling ([link removed], MCP-Server, Sub-Agents)
  • Solid technical foundation in C++, Python, Linux, SQL
  • Experience with an agent framework or orchestration approach (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Debugging mindset for agent workflows
  • Ability to solve problems structured, creatively, and efficiently
  • Product mindset: translation of technical requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions
  • High level of self-initiative and end-to-end ownership
  • Fluent German (min. C1), English secure (min. B2)
