The role

Job description

Role Overview

Join our Product team and help shape the next generation of Easygenerator, an AI-first EdTech scale-up. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of a product area, define the product direction, and work with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact solutions.

What You Will Do

Own a product area, define the product direction, priorities, and success metrics, drive discovery and product strategy, build AI-powered product experiences, and lead cross-functional execution.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, who has a strong track record of shipping products or features that created measurable customer or business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration
  • Strong track record of shipping products or features that created measurable customer or business impact
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome-based product management
  • Experience working on complex products with multiple user types, workflows, permissions, or integrations
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work
  • Strong understanding of how AI can change user workflows and product experiences
  • Ability to evaluate AI product ideas critically, including quality, trust, usability, and adoption risks
  • Comfortable working with technical teams on AI-powered features, even if you are not an AI engineer
  • Curious, experimental, and pragmatic about AI: excited by the potential, but grounded in real customer problems
  • Strong problem-framing skills: you can turn vague input into clear product direction
  • Strong analytical thinking: you use data well, but don’t hide behind it when judgment is needed
  • Strong UX instincts: you care about simplicity, usability, and product quality
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong ownership: you don’t wait for perfect instructions before moving things forward

Benefits

  • High-impact role in a fast-growing EdTech scale-up
  • Opportunity to work on AI-first products that shape the future of workplace learning
  • Multicultural team with colleagues across multiple countries
  • High-ownership environment where fresh ideas are encouraged
  • Close collaboration with senior Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial leaders
  • Room to grow as Easygenerator continues to scale
