Role Overview

Join a leading Am Law firm in San Francisco as a Mid-Level Litigation Associate in the Financial Services Litigation Practice. Represent financial institutions in high-stakes class actions, complex commercial disputes, and securities enforcement matters.

What You Will Do

Represent banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation and financial services disputes. Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 4–6 years of litigation experience at a Top 100 law firm
• Significant experience with class actions and complex commercial litigation
• Practical experience handling all phases of civil litigation
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior associates is a plus
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, advocacy, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, business professionals, and litigation teams
• Active membership in the California Bar
