The Opportunity: Build the Future of our platform, RxJr

We are looking for a Visionary Builder - someone who can own the vision for an AI-enhanced health platform in the morning and push the APEX orOmniscriptcode to make itrealby the afternoon.

This role is for a leader who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment. You will own theRxJrplatform,leveragingSalesforce Health Cloud as the foundation and AI optimizationas the differentiator. You will worklockstepwith our Product Team and Executives to turnour ambitious vision into a shipped reality, fast. We thrive with vision, speed, & execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Visionary Architecture & AI Strategy

• The North Star: Partner with leadership to define the "AI-First" roadmap forRxJr.

You will decide how we use generative AI and predictive modeling to automate

triage, enhance provider workflows, and revolutionize pediatric care coordination.

• System of Intelligence: Move us beyond a "System of Record." You will architect

the integration of LLMs within the Salesforce ecosystem to create a platform that

thinkswith our providers.

2. "Day 1" Hands-On Coding.

• Builder First: This is not a clipboard-management role. On Day 1, you must be

ready to write code, configure flows, and debug integrations. You are the lead

engineer as the team scales.

• Deep Salesforce Dev: You will personally handle complex APEX,Omniscript, LWC,

and API integrations, ensuring the core functionality is robust before delegating.

3. Startup Speed & Iteration

• Rapid Prototyping: Weoptimize forlearning and speed. You must be comfortable

shippingMVPs, gathering feedback, and iteratingimmediately.

• Testing Culture: Implement a rigorous but fast automated testing framework. We

needto break things to learn, but we cannot break the user experience.

• Velocity: You embrace the startup pace. You prioritize shipping value over

perfectingbureaucracy.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of deep Salesforce development and strong familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud Authority. Youdon'tjust know Health Cloud; you know how to bend it to your will.

• Experience (or significant personal projects) involving theintegration ofAI/LLMs into business workflows. You understand how to bridge thegap between Salesforce data and AI optimization.

• ProficiencyinOmniscript, APEX, LWC, SOQL, andREST/SOAP [link removed] stack capability.

• Hands on leadershipisrequired.

• Product mindset. You understand that great engineering [link removed] can translate "improve patient outcomes" into specific technical deliverables alongside our product leadership.

• Based within the US, and able to work in Eastern StandardTime zone

• Experience workingin the start-up environment,preferred.
