SUMMARY

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & SecurityEngineer with strong experience in enterprise networking and security within anMSP environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructuresacross multiple client environments. This role requires expertise in Cisco andFortinet technologies, advanced routing, SD-WAN, firewall security, and datacenter networking.

The successful candidate must be comfortable managingmultiple client environments, handling escalated technical issues, andparticipating in infrastructure projects while maintaining high service levels.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, maintain,and support enterprise network infrastructure for multiple MSP clients.
• Configure, administer, andtroubleshoot Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), and FortinetFortiGate firewalls.
• Deploy and support Cisco MerakiSD-WAN solutions across distributed environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP,MPLS, and advanced routing protocols.
• Manage MPLS VRF environmentsfor secure network segmentation and connectivity.
• Configure and support CiscoNexus switches including vPC (Virtual Port Channel) technologies.
• Monitor network performance andproactively identify capacity or security issues.
• Perform advancedtroubleshooting of LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, and routing issues.
• Participate in infrastructuremigrations, upgrades, and client onboarding projects.
• Respond to escalated incidentswhile meeting SLA requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis andimplement long-term solutions.
• Create and maintain technicaldocumentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with SystemsEngineers, Security Engineers, and client IT teams to deliver infrastructureimprovements.
• Participate in an on-callrotation when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as aNetwork Engineer within an MSP or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience supporting multiplecustomer environments simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise routing andswitching.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer2 and Layer 3 networking.
• Experience configuring VPN technologiesincluding Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring andperformance analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills.
• Strong written and verbal Englishcommunication skills.
• Ability to work independently in afast-paced MSP environment.

oExperiencewith enterprise data center networking.

oExperiencewith cloud networking (Azure and AWS).

oExperiencesupporting multi-site WAN environments.

oKnowledgeof network automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).

oExperiencewith Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, or Cisco ACI is a plus.

oFamiliaritywith ITIL processes and change management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Should bewilling to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should beamenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
