Part-Time Corporate Counsel – Judgment Enforcement & Commercial Counsel

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced part-time corporate counsel to lead and manage judgment enforcement, alongside broader commercial and employment legal matters. The role offers flexible hours, with an annual stipend of approximately $50,000.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute legal strategies for enforcement of civil judgments, handle post-judgment remedies, draft and file motions, and manage negotiations and settlements.

Requirements

• Active Florida State Bar License (in good standing)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in judgment enforcement, collections law, or commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and post-judgment remedies
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
