Job Title: Director, Workday Implementations

Reports To: VP, Enterprise Applications / CIOPosition Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Workday Implementation Director to lead the ongoing Implementation, optimization, and support of our Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have successfully led 5 to 8 full-cycle Workday implementations and have strong expertise in Workday SCM, HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules. Experience implementing Workday in a pediatric hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

This leadership role will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure the Workday ecosystem supports the organization's operational and strategic goals.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules across the [link removed] system upgrades, configuration changes, integrations, and enhancements within [link removed] strategic guidance and leadership to a team of Workday analysts, developers, and external [link removed] as the primary liaison with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure Workday capabilities align [link removed] vendor relationships and contracts related to Workday implementation and [link removed] strong governance, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory [link removed] and deliver Workday training and change management strategies across [link removed] system performance, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction to drive ongoing [link removed] current with Workday product updates and roadmap releases, identifying opportunities for innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s [link removed] experience with 5–8 full-cycle Workday implementations.Demonstrated success leading Workday projects in large and complex organizations.Experience with Workday implementation in a pediatric hospital or healthcare environment is a strong plus.In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Time Tracking, or related [link removed] leadership and project management skills, including vendor and stakeholder [link removed] communication, analytical, and problem-solving [link removed] certification(s) preferred.
