Role Overview

Join our Business Resilience division to implement and maintain a Business Resilience framework, reducing the risks of business interruptions. Collaborate globally across all business units and corporate functions.

What You Will Do

Develop processes and controls to protect Business Services and information assets. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for and respond to incidents & crisis.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or Business
• English language proficiency
• Several years of experience in Incident Response, Emergency Management, Crisis Management and/or Risk Management
• Strong foundational knowledge of Crisis, Incident Management and Incident Response concepts
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to move people to act
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
