VLCC Oil Tanker - Chief Cook

CSM Georgia is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION

Plans and Prepares meals for crew, manages galley operations by maintaining hygiene standards.

Controls provisions and inventory process and reporting.

Support in provisions planning and requisitions.

Ship’s Cook Certificate (as per MLC requirements)

Holder of valid STCW training certifications required for the position

Holder Food safety/hygiene training certificate 

Experienced in multicultural environment.

Proficiency in spoken English language with safety-focused mindset.

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank on the same type of vessel.

Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract Duration [9 months +/- 1 months] 

Contract Benefit: competitive salary
