EHR Facilitation Specialist

Role Overview

This role is the connective tissue between clinical leadership, hospital administration, and the implementation project team — ensuring that site-specific requirements are understood, governance processes are navigated, and project work moves forward without delay.

What You Will Do

Serve as primary on-site clinical informatics resource during and after deployments, act as liaison between clinical end users and technical/application teams, support issue triage, documentation, and resolution, evaluate workflows and recommend optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation support, or healthcare operations role
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow — creating, managing, and tracking tickets through resolution
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational environments, including governance and approval processes
• Strong communication skills across clinical, administrative, and technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Oracle Health (Cerner) application experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site at client locations at least 25% of the time
• Must maintain Public Trust clearance
