Role: Implementation Consultant
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 (we are open to discussions around flexibility)
Location: Scotland, Remote (with ability to travel internationally when required)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Holidays: 32 including bank holidays, increasing to 34 after 1 year's service
Pension: 5%

What will I be doing day-to-day?

This isan excitingopportunity foran experiencedImplementation Consultant based inScotland, whoenjoys learning new skills, developing their technicalknowledge,and [link removed] a variedcustomer-facing consulting role where no two projects are the same. You will work with some of the world's leading spirits producers, delivering complex software implementations,facilitatingbusiness workshops, analysing customer processes and data, designing solutions, supporting data migration, deliveringtrainingand providing trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle. You will typically manage multiple customers, projects and workstreams simultaneously while working closely with internal development,productand project management teams.

In a bit more detailyou will:

  • Deliver software implementation,includingrequirementsgathering,configuration and training.

  • Manage multiple implementation projects and customer workstreams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines.

  • Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements.

  • Produce high-quality business requirements, functionalspecificationsand implementation documentation.

  • Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution.

  • Analyse,validateand cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation.

  • Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration.

  • Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects.

  • DeliverDRAMS product training to our clients.

  • Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations.

  • Proactively develop andmaintaintechnicalexpertisein relation to our products andservices.

  • Work in partnership with clients;build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes whereappropriateandprovidingexpert advice on solution design and best practice.

  • Be proactive in communication withclients, arranging regular calls / site visits to build strong relationships.

  • Identifyand address gaps in product functionality, liaising withthe productdevelopment team to ensure our clients’ needs are met at every stage.

  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation.

  • Provide feedback from customers to other teams tofacilitatecontinuous improvement and innovation across thebusiness.

  • Engage with the Sales & Marketing team to help promote the DRAMS product and service offering to prospective clients.

  • Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality.

  • Travel asrequired(50%)to our customer sitesthroughoutScotland, Irelandand internationallyasrequiredto fully meet the requirements of therole.

  • Training and onboarding new team members asrequired.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

What do I need to be eligible to apply?

You need:

  • Significant experiencedelivering complex enterprise software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

  • ABachelor’s Degree(or equivalent) in an IT or IT related discipline e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or Business and IT, with strong academic results

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and staff

  • Resourceful personality, confident manner and a willingnessand ability to learn newskills.

  • Technically able with a keen business and commercial awareness

  • Customer centric, capable of building strong clientrelationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing complex business processes and large datasets toidentifyissues and recommend practical solutions.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple customer projects, competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Acurrent valid driving licence

  • Awillingnessandabilityto travelnationally /internationally(50%)

  • Currently holds independent right to work in theUK.

It’snot a deal breaker but we would really like it if you also had:

  • Experience working with large datasets, including data analysis, validation,cleansingand migration activities.

  • Knowledge of the distilled spirits industry would be a distinctadvantage.

  • Knowledge or experience of Warehousing & Logistics

  • A recognised project management qualification

  • Experience of ERP, inventory management,warehousingor manufacturing software.

  • Experience working with Excelor other data analysis tools.

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications.

  • Experience delivering customer workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders.
