Join our international team as an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist and live in Greece, working remotely while enjoying beautiful beaches, authentic cuisine, and rich history.

What You Will Do

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy, troubleshoot technical and service issues, and keep accurate records.

No previous experience required, we will train you, must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece)

Requirements

  • Italian (C2) and English at least B2 level
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
