Were currently looking for a TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to join our remote-first development team. Your Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in NestJS, but frontend-focused engineers with [link removed] experience are also welcome especially those eager to grow their backend skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript and [link removed].
• Build and maintain backend services using Fastify and modern API design principles.
• Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using React, TanStack (Query/Table/Router), and Mantine.
• Design, implement, and maintain data models and database interactions using Prisma ORM.
• Integrate with internal and external REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed, cross-functional team.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in both development and production environments.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with [link removed].
• Hands-on experience with Fastify or similar [link removed] frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.)
• Solid experience with React and modern frontend tooling, including TanStack libraries.
• Experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and data modeling.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and appreciation for clean, maintainable code.
