Role Overview

Trilogy Federal is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency. This role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies and solutions to address the human factors that impact the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.

What You Will Do

Assess OCM and operational readiness, facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients, and develop and execute communication plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role
  • OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical and creative writing skills
  • Strong organization & planning skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work independently or with little direction, when required
  • Understanding or experience working with VA strongly desired
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to interface well with SME’s, end-users, and client stakeholders across the organization
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
