Bilingual French Language Specialist

Role Overview

Mercor is seeking a Bilingual French Language Specialist to develop detailed prompts in French and/or English for various countries. The role requires native-level fluency in French, strong reading/writing ability in English, and deep cultural and linguistic familiarity.

The successful candidate will develop prompts, establish expectations, run prompts through models, and assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural fit in French, comparing with English.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French (written) specific to Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, or France

• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools
