About [Company]

[Company] is on a mission to make the internet more human, all in the palm of your hand. Combining proprietary palm biometrics with agent verification, [Company] powers secure and seamless digital experiences across social, fintech, and crypto platforms through a hardware-free palm scan that works on any smartphone.

Built for an era of AI deepfakes and digital spoofing, [Company] delivers fraud-resistant verification with privacy at its core. The platform enables organizations to confirm real users without compromising personal data. Developed by experts in biometrics, crypto, and AI, [Company] is designed to meet the growing need for trust in an increasingly digital world.

About the Role

[Company] is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build the systems behind [product name redacted]. You will design and ship the backend and frontend that power hardware-free verification at scale, working directly with the founding team before a formal engineering function exists. Strong candidates are pragmatic builders who care about performance, security, and shipping fast in an early-stage environment. The team builds with AI, not around it: using AI coding tools like [AI tools] every day. Judgment in reviewing what these tools produce matters as much as the speed they provide — in a fraud and biometrics product, knowing when the model is wrong is the job.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power the verification platform.
  • Build front-end experiences and integrate them cleanly with backend systems.
  • Ship scalable, secure, cloud-based infrastructure across the stack.
  • Work directly with product and the founding team to turn ideas into shipped features quickly.
  • Optimize, troubleshoot, and harden existing code as the product grows.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years building production software as a full stack or backend engineer.
  • Strong foundation in software development, OOP, database design, and API development.
  • Proficiency in Go and TypeScript (backend is Go, web stack is React/[link removed]), with comfort across front-end/back-end. Python a plus.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development — daily use of tools like [AI coding tools], with clear judgment on where they help/don't and how to critically review AI-generated code.
  • Experience with scalable, cloud-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; thrives in a collaborative, early-stage team.

Strong Candidates May Also Have

  • Experience with AI, biometrics, privacy, or security-sensitive systems.
  • A track record shipping products from zero to one without a defined playbook.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic/autonomous coding tools beyond mainstream assistants.
  • Familiarity with crypto, identity, or digital trust as a product category.
  • Remote, US-based only (SF, NYC, Miami preferred).

How to ApplySend a CV and a short note on one or two things you have built that are relevant to this role — the problem, the decisions made, what you'd do differently. Links to code or live projects welcome.
