Role Overview

What You Will Do

Work independently with flexible office hours, providing counseling services to diverse populations. Assist in building a caseload outside of managed care and receive supervision if needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Licensed in the state of Illinois as an LMFT/LCPC/LCSW
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Understanding of human behavior, group dynamics, mental health laws, and effective treatments
  • Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
