Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Flash, you will be part of a creative and technological environment where you will have autonomy to create, test, and transform ideas into real solutions that help companies and people fly higher. You will work on a smart ecosystem of solutions for HR and finance that simplifies all daily work management in a single platform.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include technical excellence (code development), system architecture and integrations, technical mentoring and alignment with junior developers, creation and monitoring of metrics and SLAs, technical direction and innovation, and alignment with other senior developers.

Requirements

• Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, and other JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with REST APIs, RPC, or Graphql
• Experience with MongoDB, RDS
