• Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
• Gathering and documenting Functional business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, application designs, functional designs for integration and extensions, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
