We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce projects, managing utility projects and ensuring efficiency between Salesforce and SAP teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing complex Salesforce projects
• Project management in the utilities industry
• Coordination with SAP + Salesforce + Client teams
• Regulatory risk management (CCEE, ANEEL, LGPD)
• Executive communication with client stakeholders (Board, Compliance, IT)
• Scope and functional change negotiation
• Executive reporting + governance committees
• Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) + hybrid waterfall
• Sufficient technical understanding to interact with architects and developers
• Risk management PMBOK / PRINCE2
• Portuguese-BR: Native
• English: Advanced
• Spanish: Will be a plus (valued)
