We are working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Junior Legal Counsel to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and review a variety of technology-related legal agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Monitor international regulatory developments, with a focus on emerging legal frameworks in Latin America.
  • Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes related to the setup and operation of specialized business facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and operational support related to logistics, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of internal and external policies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an advantage.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Brazil with a valid professional registration.
  • Strong sense of initiative, goal orientation, and commitment to high standards.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
  • Able to effectively manage legal tasks across multi-national and culturally diverse contexts.
