Highway Bridge Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Bridge Project Manager at HDR, you will plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline engineering projects or large, routine projects. You will foster and develop client relationships, independently coordinate work of engineers, and establish client relations.

What You Will Do

You will track financial aspects of projects, coordinate or adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule, and perform complex structural planning, analysis and design for all structural aspects of transportation projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a Master's degree in Engineering, a minimum 2 years project management experience, and PMP certification. You will work on projects that typically include bridge (steel plate girder, prestress concrete, segmental and cable-stayed), box culvert, and interchange design for highway projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
• MS Office and MS Project experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
