Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Associate Financial Advisor in a remote capacity. Collaborate directly with a Lead Advisor to learn our robust planning processes and begin sitting in on client meetings. Prepare to become a Lead Advisor at Root where you will benefit from our thriving digital marketing funnel.

What You Will Do

Prepare for client meetings, determine which types of accounts to open for clients, actively communicate with clients, provide 401k recommendations, and become an expert in Right Capital, Holistiplan, and other software.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, positive and enthusiastic attitude, 2-5 prior years of experience in the financial planning industry, experience with Dimensional Funds and Right Capital/Holistiplan a plus, CFP exam passed preferred.
