The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of creating viral reels with millions of views and high engagement across Instagram, and other short-form video platforms.

You will be responsible for producing visually compelling, trend-driven content that helps restaurants grow their online presence, audience engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging Reels and short-form videos for restaurants and food brands.
• Develop viral, scroll-stopping content strategies focused on maximizing reach and engagement.
• Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio trends, transitions, and engagement techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Manage multiple content projects and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Optimize content based on performance insights, audience behavior, and engagement metrics.
• Utilize AI content generation and editing tools to streamline workflows, brainstorm concepts, or enhance video production.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Reel creation, short-form content, or social media video production.
• Prior experience working with restaurants, food brands, hospitality, or the food & beverage industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience creating reels/videos that achieved high engagement and millions of views.
• Strong expertise in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver creative, high-quality content remotely.
• Strong portfolio showcasing viral or high-performing short-form video content.
