About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Integration & Automation Technician to join our technical operations team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain critical system integrations and automation workflows that streamline our business processes and drive operational efficiency.
This is not a pure development role—it's ideal for someone who combines strong automation logic with software skills, focusing on solving complex integration challenges rather than building applications from scratch.

Requirements
Integration & Automation Technician
The Integration & Automation Technician designs, builds, and maintains system integrations and automated workflows that streamline operations and drive business efficiency. You'll combine automation logic with scripting skills to solve complex integration challenges—focusing on rapid deployment and reliable solutions rather than building applications from scratch. Working directly with business teams, you'll translate requirements into working automation, replace manual processes, and continuously optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between business systems and applications, ensuring high availability and reliable performance across the organization
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Python and [link removed] to streamline business processes and replace manual work
- Develop custom solutions utilizing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs to connect systems and enable seamless data flow
- Investigate and resolve integration and automation-related incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor integration health proactively and establish early detection systems to prevent failures
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements; research and propose new tools and methods that benefit the team
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration-related issues and ensure seamless system performance
- Provide technical support for integration and automation-related queries across departments
- Live in LATAM or The Caribbean
- 1-3 years of experience building and maintaining system integrations or automation solutions with a track record of delivering working solutions quickly
- Proficiency in Python and [link removed]
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong debugging skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - able to communicate effectively with US-based teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive learning mindset; eagerness to grow in technology and adopt new tools
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environments with excellent communication skills
- Experience with systems integration projects or automation frameworks
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- Internet: Stable connection of 25-50 Mbps minimum
