Call Centre Agent

Remote Recruitment is hiring Call Centre Agents to join a UK employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. This is a 100% remote role handling inbound and outbound calls for UK customers in a supportive team environment.

Role overview

You'll spend your day on the phone helping customers, answering questions and making sure every call ends on a positive note. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, you'll feel right at home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, professional way
• Answer questions and resolve issues on the first call where possible
• Log call details and update customer records accurately
• Follow scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
• Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed

What you'll need

• Experience in a call centre or phone-based customer role
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools
• A positive, resilient attitude
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls

What's on offer

Salary of R13,000 to R16,000 per month, depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. You'll get full training, a friendly team around you, and steady work with an established UK employer from home.
